Information in support of NGC, the gardens of Matzke Park, and our home gardens. A 501c3, Association for Better Community Schools (ABCS), was founded in 1994 and successfully preserved these 20 acres for public use. In 2007 ABCS and Norchester Garden Club (NGC) members developed, and still maintain, the Butterfly Garden. Workday Friday Oct. 19th at 8:30 a.m.
With the Butterfly Event on Saturday Oct. 20th we want to spruce up Matzke Butterfly Garden a bit. A workday is planned for Friday Oct. 19th at 8:30 a.m. Some planting, some weeding and some general dead heading to be done.
